Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can process your return efficiently.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
